Great hotel with cozy rooms. Located near city centre which can take care of your shopping needs. The hotel has a bar with a dance floor and organizes parties on weekends. Swimming pool is not well maintained and Gym is very small.

I have booked a room for my family, in Clarion Hotel Chennai, through Expedia. In between we have informed the hotel authority about our time change of check in. Normal check in time is 2.00 PM, we have informed the idiots about our time change, check in time will be the next day by 9.00 AM. The idiots are agreed. After that morning while my family reached there, the idiots declined the room. Not only that the idiots swallowed my full money for 1 hour. One of the worst hotels for what you pay. Poor service, arrogant staff. Service respond like they are giving the rooms for free. Not recommended at all. Service was poor at reception. Horrible experience in our life.
