Good! Pros: 1.A good hotel at a walkable distance from egmore railway station. 2.Food was good. Buffet breakfast 3. Two restaurants and a bar inside. Cons: 1. Small room 2. Small lift 3. Toilet doors are slider type and are badly designed 3. Delayed service.

Bed is too small. Wifi not working. Bathroom taps not good. Bathroom floor needs repairs. No hangers in cupboard. Only one towel in two persons. No plastic stool to sit on for bathing. No hook to keep towel and cloths during bath. Overall lot of improvements required on priority. Not worth visiting again till then.

Good for business stay. Well priced, well maintained, prompt service and good WiFi speed. The elevator is very small but manageable.

Service is poor. Took half an hour for some one to get an AC remote and two hours for the Wi-Fi to work. My single room had no windows and it felt claustrophobic at times. Maybe good for work related travel when you just come to sleep. The hotel is clean has two restaurants and a bar and is very close to Egmore Roy station so with better service it could be a great hotel.
