Took Insurance for iPhone through Bajaj Finance and the service is pathetic. Its been over a month and i have not got my phone back. Their customer support number is always busy and will get disconnected without connecting to the agent. Luckly if you get thru after trying lot of time in a day; the agent will pick and tell that somebody will get back to you. Secondly if you stay on the line to ask for more questions then their customer support team disconnects the call. Highly recommend dont get carried away by their speeches and dont avail their insurance.
