Worst customer care support. Most of the time never answered the calls. connection speed is good . But without notice suddenly often cable is disconnected and technicians a very lazy. my Fate in ambattur i am using this without any other net services.

Internet speed is really good,But When it comes to the customer Service - Its the worst ever. No one will help you to get your problem Fixed. Am Not sure that How many Employees are working under this Internet Service provider, It feels like only 4 to 5 Employees there. Once if you get a problem with the service, then the Day for fixing that will never be known to anyone in this planet. Prefer some good ISP instead of Velocity.

The worst service i have seen. Seems, BSNL far better than these guys. They have customer service, but no one will attend the phone. They gave me local technician mobile number which is switched off almost all day. Even if the rings goes, he wont attend. Really frustrated with these guys. Taking internet connections in velocity is the worst decision of my life time. I would have given zero stars, but there is no option for that.
