Worst customer service ever seen.. the people out there talk very rude. first time when we met they said they strictly adhere to the schedule and follow a rigid quality process. While they said the work will be completed in 30 days even after 45 days no one turned up. After repeated followup a first batch of materials were delivered. The wood work done was so awful. Too many misalignment. when reported they are patching it up with the white cement. Even a roadside carpenter will do a better job than these guys Totally unprofessional

One of worst customer service I have seen. I had called the sales rep for site visit and quote, came 1 hour late while called him to check where he was, his reply was cant u wait for 30 mins in your site.. Came after 1 hour and he was taking in the language his customer can’t understand anything and provides all kind of suggestion to other parts of home apart from the one for which we had called him (M. Kitchen). He had accompanied by a lady who was called as Designer and she was not allowed to talk. When I asked for quote he mentioned I will send 16 types of quote to me :) .. After 1 week of time still waiting for the quote :) Guess Cookscape gets more business than they want, so we as poor customers lets avoid opting Cookscape VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

Last time i visit the cookscape porur showroom very good collection. And the demo executive is nice to explain the modular kitchen features. The alumix model is woow great. In Future My mom is very happy to cook in my kitchen. hahaha....
