Ajay SCounter A has good number of staffing, Counter B had 8 and Counter C had 5. Please ensure that you carry all documents correctly as mentioned in the passport website to avoid any delays. Overall it took 2 hours approx. Paid parking facility available next door to the above office.

Naveen SubramanianI was really surprised to learn how great of a service they provide. They have multi step process to eliminate any confusion on the required documents and ensure everything is in order. I was there recently to get the passport for my new born baby and I was able to walk in and submit the application quickly without any wait time. Received the passport in exactly six business days. Great Service by both TCS and Ministry of External affairs.

Syed MaktoumI am still truly in awe with the professionalism and courteousness of the employees right from the parking attenders, the securities, the staff of TCS and believe it or not the government officials as well. The place is extremely well lit and clean with a welcoming feel. Only hope, all the other government offices in India are semi privatised as well.

Vijaya Shanthi"Aadhaar letter/card or the e-Aadhaar (an electronically generated letter from the website of UIDAI), as the case may be, will be accepted as Proof of Address (POA) and Proof of Photo-Identity (POI) for availing passport related services. Acceptance of Aadhaar as PoA and PoI would be subject to successful validation with Aadhaar database". This is the statement they given in official site. But they ask me to bring the aadhaar card with me. I applied for address change and had my e aadhaar. But not yet received my aadhar card. Due to this wrong information in website suffering with PSK. I m pregnant and they make me to visit again for this aadhaar. Please be consious in providing proper information in the website
