First thing first, the agency sold my deal to another local agency but it is liable to all the unprofessional behaviour of the other one. The driver was rude and uncooperative though his driving skills were beyond criticism. The agency owner was foul mouthed, imprudent crook whose behaviour smacked of utter racism and contempt towards prople of a different ethnic background. The owner tried to mould the terms of the trip on his own terms. A very disappointing experience
