GMT is the place that teach you more engineering then most engineering colleges. I loved this place (GMT) as it fed a complete meal package to my brain. I was able to see a mere design coming live and live machine getting converted to much better design. I cherish the memories, when i was there as an engineer. I would like to particularly meet these people (Venugopal Sir, S.Kannan Sir, Paramaarthalingam Sir, Jayashree Madam) and wanted to thank them for providing wonderful opportunity and would also like to say, i would have never left GMT, if i was not forced to run after money.

two years 1973-75, engaged as technical trainee,excellent training in design to product manufacturing and delivery paved a road to enter CVRDE, Avadi five years later entered ASHOK LEYLAND Hosur at starting stage in 1980, moved to Ashok Leyland new plant at Hosur itself after twenty years. AL Top management has appreciated my Leadership and posted me to Pant Nagar Uttrakanth for starting the new Ashok Leyland plant. 32 years of my successful carrier in Ashok leyland is only due to effective training from GMT.
