Patrick BurnasBought the vehicle from Pillai Motors, Chennai. Worst service ever. No intimation about the service schedule. No intimation about Lunch breaks. Lunch time informed only after customer walk in for delivery and is made to wait for a long time. Customer lounge not properly maintained. Service center staff fighting and quarreling in front of the customer, that too inside the customer lounge. Had bitter experience as far as service is concerned. Bearing the big name like VESPA the quality should be top class. Compared to Maruti Suzuki and Honda, Vespa service is far below in standard. I would never recommend my friends and relatives to buy Vespa products mainly because of worst service. Patrick Chennai

Mohanasundaram BGood reception, nice waiting lounge but had to go there twice to resolve issues. They need more experienced advisors to solve the issues in one go. Further owning a premium product needs premium service also . Not in charges alone. While delivering vehicle it could be better by giving a coat of polish to make a visible difference.
