Went to take quote for Zest. Sales person felt he was doing me a favour. Lethargic attitude. Decided not to visit again.

Brought my bike, had to follow up to get response and this made me frustrated as no one answers the calls. First service was worst as they used gloss polish on matte finish bike. They never agreed. Escaped to TVS company. They redid the service and my gear fell off when I was driving after the escalated service. Again escalated and changed service centre to another service station. In meantime also had referred my friend for their family scooter. Delivery was delayed by a month. No responses out updates were provided in middle. Really lethargic attitude. You have better TVS showrooms and service stations better than goodwill. No use of fighting dumb heads. Waste of time.

Poor after sales service. Cheating in billing. Defective vehicle delivered.

Goodwill is only in thier name Probkem with on time delivery. No proper response. Waiting for the last 30 min in reception. Commited to deliver on 23 but mistakenly put the delivery date at 24. When we enqire they said same day delivery. For me i need to wait for 3 days. Cost is on the higher side. Last miniute trying to delay the delivery by telling new problems in the bike.
