They are just a cheat and cheap people. I have bought a silhouette frame with lifetime warranty. First they said I need to pay when i argued they said it would be free. But they charged 500 for repair which should be free of cost. The highlight is when I asked for the bill for the payment I made, they said they will not give the bill for that. This shows what a cheat they are. Beware of them.
