Good service, but less number of chairs and very hot in summet we cant wait inside no Aircon and Fans are not enough. Need to improve a lot for visitors satisfaction

I was really surprised to learn how great of a service they provide. They have multi step process to eliminate any confusion on the required documents and ensure everything is in order. I was there recently to get the passport for my new born baby and I was able to walk in and submit the application quickly without any wait time. Received the passport in exactly six business days. Great Service by both TCS and Ministry of External affairs.

I am still truly in awe with the professionalism and courteousness of the employees right from the parking attenders, the securities, the staff of TCS and believe it or not the government officials as well. The place is extremely well lit and clean with a welcoming feel. Only hope, all the other government offices in India are semi privatised as well.
