mohamed afzalTALWALKARS INSHAPE IS AN EXCELLENT GYM, GOOD AMBIENCE, GOOD COACH, GOOD INSTRUMENTS AND EXCELLENT ATMOSPHERE. I AM MEMBER IN THIS GYM FROM 2001 AND FROM THIS EVERYBODY SHOULD KNOW HOW GOOD THE GYM IS. THE LOCATION IS AN ADDED ADVANTAGE. OTHER GYMS HAVE COME AS COMPETITION BUT ARE NOT ABLE TO STAND TO THE POPULARITY OF THIS GYM. HERE THE MEMBERS COME TO SERIOUSLY WORK OUT RATHER THAN OTHER GYMS WHERE THE WORK OUT IS NOT SERIOUS. IT IS ONE OF THE BEST AND FIRST MODERN FITTNESS CENTRES IN CHENNAI.

Ananth KannanWell,I been joined this gym some 2 months ago and i reduced 6kgs..Good transformation in my body frame and able to see my muscles !! All the trainers are good in encouraging nd giving workouts..They are very polite and friendly too!! Over all I have good experience!! I feel the gym s not spacious enough and water flow in rest rooms should be repaired!!

Savyo DevottaWell truly an amazing place to work out..The trainers are really helpful and friendly....the ambiance and the support from the trainers is really good as it keeps you motivated to hit the gym on regular basis....inshape is more like a family to all you can even see general trainers training like personal trainers..hats off to all...wishing this gym all success..to be honest its not about where you work out its about how u workout...(just a humble request) Wish the aerobics wud be back soon as it does attract alot of people.......thank you....

Kaushik RamHaving an excellent training experience and the gym is well maintained by the management. Have amazing trainers like kamal sir, Vinoth sir, suresh sir etc whom are the assets of the gym. Can not have a better training experience anywhere unless its here.

Vikram KDear Mr. Anish MK, We are sorry for any genuine inconvenience caused. We fail to understand how a member since 2011 could simply call us to be the worst gym. We think you have misunderstood something, firstly, we are not a gym, we are a fitness center who follow scientific approach and don’t do bulk. We do not suggest or sell protein out of our facilities. We would like to remind you on the transformation you achieved with us. We yet again fail to understand how you would have achieved this transformation without any support from our trainers. Though we are a fitness center, we do have some members who would prefer to do own workouts beyond our suggestions. Even in these scenarios, we get a Disclaimer signed by them to avoid any misunderstanding. As far as the aerobics class is concerned, we introduced it to induce more female members towards fitness. We charged a very nominal fee for the men ( 1000 +tax for 12 sessions a month ) to limit the volume of men in the given limited space we allocated especially for women. Now, considering the volume of people who want to participate and the cost incurred to the company to organize the same, the management has decided to charge all participants for the same so that we may continue to provide the aerobics service at Kilpauk talwalkars Inshape. We believe it is really unfair to make accusations when a demanded service is not provided for free. It is very disappointing that people expect us to keep improving our services but fail to understand every improvement has a certain cost. We really hope your demands are satisfied and accommodated at the facility you have joined now as we have a certain structure we cannot surpass at Talwalkars Inshape. Regards, The Management
