One stop shop for majority of service needs. Happy with the service rather than dealing with unauthorised persons and facing issues with locally sourced parts. Atleast they will not cheat customers. No one guarantees 100% service levels in any industry. Customer expectations have gone up and hence it is a challenge for any one to meet requirements and expectations of all customers. Wish customers were also more understanding from time to time.

Very poor service even after signing up for AMC. Assign a technician after 5 days of raising the ticket. Please do not waste your money and effort.

Bought Bosch washing mech at viveks manapakkam sale, as promised prdouct was delivered on very next day and installation was completed.. really happy with speedy service, had also took carpentry service from homeserve, technician named ramudu was allocated and he had done an excellent job
