Should be giving less than 1. useless people as customer care reps. They dont know any process, simply follow random thing they know. I told them I have blocked my sim, please give me a new sim. They asked for aadhar and checked for sim, since it is tamilnadu and outside chennai sim the person gave me respective sim. I asked him repeatedly is this fine, no other procedure, he said yes sir. All those finger print thing done and went home. waited for 24 hours and went again next morning saying still not activated. He says my Sim mapping was failed due to outside chennai sim. he toold I have to submit address proof and photo.I got irritated and asked if you had known yesterday I would have bought. He cooly replied just now even I know. I blasted that how can you say this, i dont have any photo now do process my request now. Then manager interfered and took 2 hours of my time and said it will be done today. No use still am waiting. Airtel please educate these people on process and how to treat customers.
