First and foremost website shows branch operates till 1900hrs and staff there leave by 1500hrs. No response at all from the concerned team members. they are there not to help a customer but to tell the customer, do everything on their own without guiding them. the staff seems to doing what they feel like doing. The manager was helpful and said all jobs can be done and asked to come with all the relative details and documents. All processes would be followed and completed, but the staff is so non cooperative.
