Sundar R.AWorst experience, Spent 12000 for noting Past 2 years I was suffering from neck pain and imbalance problem. Took so many treatments but no permanent solution. Thought it could be problem related to ENT. So visited your clinic on 10th April , Consulted Dr.Kiran Nagarajan. Asked me to take some test for ear. Took that and consulted again. She ask me to take some scan and get back after a week. Took that scan and came back . Dr.Kiran mam was not available so asked to consult Dr.Sathya. She checked the report and said no problem. I informed her clearly that am facing imbalance for past 2 years I could not concentrate on anything , she informed my mom that am acting ,no problem for him. Ask him to be normal. I was fed with the way she diagnosed my problem. I cannot explain this imbalance to anyone. I cannot travel anywhere. If there is no problem with ENT she should have referred to some other specialist. I spent more than 12000 rs to know this. Still I have that problem. She spoke very lethargic and laughed at me so badly. Dr.Mohan kameshwaran sir should address this.
