room rates and food rates are very high, room service also very late. am highly dissatisfied with their service. in onlince they mentioned as budget hotel. but it is not that kind of service apartment.

this is such a worst service apartment in and around Nungambakkam, zaffar is a worst person that he is madly concentrate to collect money without providing proper service, he is cheated us. my advice is to go some other service apartment.

I strongly recommend this hotel to business travellers. I stayed at Gem Parc while travelling to Chennai for business purpose and the place has an awesome location and is closely located to the US Embassy. Rooms are fitted with all modern amenities which provide the best and comfort for a business traveller. The room service menu is excellent and they deliver the service quite fast. The complimentary breakfast was amazing with a good spread. The place has amazing offerings in terms of food and beverages.
