Arsenal StudiosI expect the mall to be much more tidy. Had great experience. Well maintained theater. One of the worst food court. The odor in food court makes everyone uncomfortable. Behavior of staffs in burger king is very bad and rude. Vehicle parking price could be reduced. The events in the mall are very selective and done properly! On the whole i give 3/5. PS: i visit the mall every weekend.

The infrastructure services is already straining... Must manage public transportation access better... Opening of the cinema has made it more crowded... Few good dine out options.

Siva Rama KarthikOne of the biggest and best malls in Chennai. The ambience here is really good. They have good shopping options and restaurants for dining. Good for entertainment as well. I would recommend tourists to visit this place once when travelling to Chennai.

Avinash KumarThis place has a good range of food in the mall. The other shopping also has a wide range. The problem is at many food joints in this mall, we need to use a recharge card. The regular credit or debit cards may not be accepted. We need to buy and refill a recharge card. They will refund the unused amount later immediately. This is a bit of hassle to stand in line multiple times once to buy the recharge card, second to buy food and third to get refund of unused amount in the recharge card.

vamshi.s deepaOne of the Best Mall & Eco friendly mall in the city.... i love <3 to come here and spend time alone or with friends.. all needs at one roof !! And Palazzo is like a palace with big 9 screens , Food court is big and food are also reasonable . Good Ambiance with great security staffs , Huge parking area & with reasonable price compared to other malls.

Thiyagu ShanmugamThe mall is good, and the Palazzo theatre is awesome. But only this is concerning is the car parking. If u go in the weekend, you just have to go up and down the 11 floors to find the space. It was very difficult for us to find a space there. Only thing that they have to improve is the parking. Then this mall will deserve one more star.
