Palani KumarOne of the worst service ever experienced. Charging more for every service. But even the water wash has not done properly. See the attachment taken last Saturday immediately after service. They charged for service which I have not asked. They just replaced the break wire of Rs 242 and charged Rs 175 as service charge. They claimed clutch cleaning and charged Rs. 150 which I have not asked. In the name of general service they are charging Rs.350 but they are not even checking any parts. They are charging consumables Rs. 70 (Grease water, clothes for cleaning). Then without this items how will you do general service and water wash? Even while I was buying the scooter, they handed over the vehicle with the damaged seat (Lot of holes) which we can see apparently on the outside.

Im VishzOne of the worst showroom ever booked my bike on feb 9 The manager there promised me to deliver the bike on feb 23 with registration when contacted him on feb 20 he said now only the company has loaded the bike it will come around feb 28 finally they delivered it around march 2nd and for the registration process they said we didnt get the BS4 approval yet so registration will be done on march 10th but they didnt.After lots of phone calls and lots of visits they finally told me it will be done on April 7th i went thr on 6th and they handed me the paper and told me to go the RTO the next day and contact a person. Finally Registration done on april 7th and for the number when i called them today that is april 8th they said they didnt ask the RTO yet.They have the best irresponsible employees.If you are planning to buy a suzuki bike please dont even go here...
