PLease dont even think of taking a landline cum or net connection. very slow. Stupid people. they 1. do not bother to rectify complaints. 2. but u will get a complaint rectified message 3. will charge you for non - working days of ( phone or net) 4. no body will be there before 11 am on a working day/week day 5. AEs are slaves of linemen , who are bullies- and unavailable Worst BSNL office ever i seen. PS : I think google should allow negative marking for atleast Govt. offices

Gotten tired of going to this place to get my Broadband line fixed so many times. Poor Customer support. I quite using BSNL Broadband over 6 years ago. Landline connection often goes off without notice.
