worse product and service , its been more than a month i have given it for service and still no news of it, overpriced brand with very bad service , poor quality and poor customer service , they will not even give stand by phones . totally waste brand !!!!!!!

Waste of time. Never experienced this much worse.i gave my Sony z5 premium dual for headset jock problem and they took about 20 days to repair it after receiving it my fingerprint manger option was gone .. this phone contains this option . .. this Sony centre is a utter waste .

the worst service i ever faced. i visited their store around 5 times for just one phone service. each time they said phone is ready , when i go there and check my phone still problem exist.
