I had the worst experience with this agency. I would ideally give them a negative rating, if google allows it. First, they told us that we will get 1 year warranty with our purchase. They never mentioned any charge for this warranty. Now, after we bought the car, they wanted us to pay 5-6k rupees for this warranty. We were forced to get the car without a warranty, which is a regular norm with other agencies. Secondly, after we got the car, they gave us just one key, which was weird. When we enquired, they told they have only one key and promised to make us a duplicate. They made us take the car to them and kept the car for half a day, before calling us and informing us that they will not be able to make the key and we have to do it ourselves. They never stick to their promises. They will deny everything they say. Ideally, people should talk to them with a camera to record their conversation, if you want to do business with them. If not, they will walk out of everything they said.

I bought a Cardekho trustmark car (Nissan Micra) here. After a month i faced issue with speedometer which is not working properly. After 3 months of buying the car, AC is not working properly. SM cars informed me that the speedometer sensor is not working. I am very disappointed as its not even 3 months I bought car here and am facing issues.
