These people are the worst! They never deliver on their promises and act like they are doing you a favour by doing whatever little they do craptastically. I ordered a steel almirah from them, paying extra to have a mirror fitted to the front. They said it will take X days but will try and get it done by X - 3 days. I finally rang them on X day and was told I can expect delivery by evening. The blessed it arrived at 8 pm, in the middle of our dinner. Without the mirror. When I asked them where was the mirror, I was told it will be fixed 2 days later. Nothing happened for 4 days, by which time I lost patience and rang the office. Was told the team was leaving then, at 10.30 am. They finally showed up at my door at 2.15 pm! When I asked the guy about the delay, he told me to be happy they showed up at least when they did!!! Never have I experienced such pathetic customer service! They think because they are an old store, they can get away with treating their customers like dirt. Luckily for us, times have changed and we have the luxury of patronising those that deliver stellar customer experience. Never settle for less!

I had purchased one cupborad from Padi show room. From the time it was purchased, the pasting had gone and our repeated calls to fix the problem was not carried. Very very poor service.
