Good Morning Google Team This is Srinivasan aged about 51 years having business under the style of shri Renga Travels and Tours India from the past 20 years. I am well experienced in this industry and having a very good name in the industry. Mrs.Sujatha made a call on 11th April 2016 at about nearly 10 PM after referring google search found my mobile number and made call to me regarding 10 tickets to Munnar on 13/04/2016 at 8.15 PM bus. I asked her to book the tickets on line.She told me to block 10 tickets I said blocking is not possible. She requested me then I said I will confirm 10 tickets if you make the payments into my Bank Account at Next day Morning 10 Clock. She said ok , I confirmed 10 tickets and sent SMS to her mobiles with my Bank details. She has not keep up her promises.She made call to me at 11.30 AM that she is unable to make the payment due to ATM machine has bolcked.and promised me to deposit the cash into my bank before banking hours. I said Ok. Till 9PM she has not deposited the Cash into my Account as she promised. After that I Canccelled all 10 tickets and sent to her Mobile your Tickets booked as Cancelled. Immediately she made call to me that why you cancelled my tickets and i am having cash at my hand. I told her within the stipulated time agreed we have not received the payment from your side hence automatically tickets cancelled by us. And further request by her that tomorrow morning i will deposit cash and asked me to hold the tickets. I said as agrreed by you the things are not happen so we will see. Here where the Fraud has come. I want to take action against her to spoiled the image of Shri Renga Travels I will prove who is Fraud and Check the mobile talk held with her Kindly take necessary action to avoid further steps and avoid such a peoples review like this Thanking you srinivasan rangarajan
