I have had very bad experience with Shiradi Avenue builders. Both builders and land owners are trying to cheat customers with false messages. No buildings are complete fully and they are trying to handover without completing full work by getting full amount of money. No proper construction, builders are not able pay salary to employees, land owners are not good, No drainage facility, no common utilities like good roads... So many financial problems in this company. Please beware of all problems.

Beware guys, He changed the name to sai associates and also sai ram traders. He is pakka fraud, cheated many people without completing the construction. Hope , very soon he will caught by police.
