Lisa DukeVaidyagrama is an Ayurvedic Wellness Centre of the highest standard possible. It is located in beautiful Kerala, a pollution free area of South India. The doctors are professional, highly trained and a forth generation of Ayurvedic fathers. It is in their blood. The nurses and body therapists are well trained, incredibly humble and healing. I have been twice over the past 8 years and returned home in a much better state of health and wellbeing. It is an experience far beyond just healing, ... we experience humility, compassion, warmth, unconditional love, spiritual guidance and happiness from the overall experience. A doctor in Australia would never sit on your bed, with the lights dimmed and curtains drawn, holding your hand and talking to you softly - waiting with you until the migraine passes. They do in Vaidiagrama. Daily migraines, fibromyalgia, fatigue and body pain were the reasons for my visit. It had all created a very restricted lifestyle for me indeed. I was able to return home refreshed and much better than I had been on my arrival. The daily migraines had gone. My body became stronger. I was calm and centred and feeling more myself than in a long time. People stay at Vaidyagrama from all walks of life and places on the globe.
