Nandha kumarMagadheera fitness is unique in nature in providing holistic fitness regime. Initially I thought it like any other GYM but with in first week I realized that it offers variety of programs (cardio exercise ,Zumba dance, Aerobics, out door activities, etc) each day to actively engage the participants. I am really interested in following their routine and able to see visible changes in my health within 2 weeks.
