Misleading sales personnel at the Chennai Expo 25/03/17. Never mentioned that their product needed to be tediously reactivated after each and every use..

We had bought the heating pad from Oceanic Health care from an exhibition. It looked like a great product but the sales guy did not tell us that after heating the pad once the process of getting it back to the gell state is a very long, tedious and energy consuming process. I think they deliberately hid this fact and said it was great for travel etc. Not a happy customer.
