Please check the forex rates at the exact time you are planning to exchange the currency and do not trust the guys when they say "this is the rate at this time". I did not check on the Internet, just trusted the guys and exchanged my money however when I came home and checked the rate at that time of my exchange I realised they manipulated and gave me the lowest rate of the day.
