Cost wise very competitive with market. But system of refurnishing of exhausted products is very very poor. There is no system for customer to give requirement of products. Supervisor takes feed back but no action is being taken. So many items which one likes may not be able to buy again. Examples: Water filters/cartridge, Hair dye of particular brand and color, Watch/clock cells, Bigger size of products, etc. All these I am facing as a regular customer.
