Very good place for working individuals to rent residential space.The place is very clean and is secured with CCTV cameras. They clean the rooms regularly, change the bed sheets regularly. There are other features like Water Purifier, WiFi, GYM, hot water supply and LCD TV with cable connection in each room. There is a reading room with newspaper everyday in English and Tamil. Dhobi services are also available when required.

The rooms are very clean and the management always make sure every room is cleaned at least once a week. The mansion has following facilities: Free Wifi, hot water, filtered water, cupboard, LCD TV, table, bed and cot. Recently they have opened a Gym as well. The management hears the inmates suggestions and grievance as well.
