Not even one star, Worst service ever. Struggled 4 months to get the connection disconnected and they made me pay for all these period.

Tikona is the worst and rubbish company. They will not provide you any proof. They will not disconnect your service properly and charge bills for after disconnecting. Even you will not be able to talk to their customer service18603003434 no one will answer, and Tikona executive will say for everything including bills and references need to depend upon this unanswerable service, end of the day you will be harassed, depressed and out of mood They will also threaten you with absurd people claiming them as lawyers. The local office people will say we are helpless and we do only service.
