karthi keyanHI everyone, 1. Please don’t prefer THE PREMIER RESIDENCY LODGE (Address: Kamaraj Rd, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu 641004) for your stay. I am sharing my personal experience with you. I asked for Monthly stay they shown me a nice room for stay and said rent 3000/- I agreed and paid a deposit of 2000/- and during admission they shown me a very very worst room in the top floor asbestos with false ceiling coated. During night time itself it was too hot and it is not at all clean. And I enquired the person who already stayed there he told they charged 2500 for me.so what they need is only money. They are not at all interested in providing good quality accommodation. 2. And next day I told them I am vacating give my money back by taking 1-day stay rent they are speaking arrogantly and said nothing will be refunded back. And everyone started behaving badly even the manager. Manager told me that he want to check with management I don’t know who is the management simply they are pushing the days, So I advise everyone that never every choose this hotel even at the worst condition instead you can go and stay in good hotel with an affordable price. Thanks for your time, make a good decision.
