Pathetic . recently I bought a TVS Wego from them. They sold a scooter which already ran 300+ km and with only one key as a new scooter. First they said the key is some wher and they will give it and now they are saying that they lost the key and they will change the lock set. As far as 300 km they say that the scooter when they took it from Lotus, already ran 300 km. And Lotus people also running away from answering. be careful before you deal with these people. NO STARS.

Recently purchased a Scooty streak from this showroom. We had difficulties even in the formalities. They said that the first three services are complementary. But what I got was a bill of around ₹2500. They replaced the engine oil, brakes shoes and some mechanical stuff which iam not clearly aware of. Plus my vehicle was not even better after the service. And they charged around ₹400 as labour charges. I regret having dealing with this VENKATESHWARA TVS outlet. Please do not enter this showroom. Considering tour well being of your vehicle. Please go to lotus TVS in RS Puram which is way better.
