Worst gym in Coimbatore. Very bad management. Very bad equipments. Horrible attitude and useless trainers. Rs Puram posh gym is way too good than this junk place.

the gym is pretty okay.. good for a decent workout. helpful trainers. its a bit crowded in the evenings.

Its a good gymnasium, but the problem is the trainers and the music which they put up. They keep changing the trainers every six months n frankly speaking they dnt even look anywhere close to fitness trainers. Some f them, they themselves need some fitness training, put up some weight n muscles, some r like too overweight with their tummies out. Some r too naive to talk or some hv their own attitude. They r not proffesionals. This shows d callousness . It spoils d brand name. N d worst part is d music they put. Firstly some f d speakers arent working n dat too they put romantic songs with slow music.or some tamil folk songs.. i mean like come on guys we r not der to dance or entertain ourselves.. slow romantic songs. In a gym.. seriously.???? It irritates n demotivates. A lot of people have complained abt this but in vain.the cardio equipment. I mean d cardio.. Only the initial two work fully. The others do not have all d functions working. Sad state.
