    We are last 14 years justdial Customer Care,we have 4 justdial accounts in different states in india,but unfortunately i have to say very bad and third class sales promotion tricks got from Justdial staff. I am writing to make a formal complaint against your staff Ms/Mrs:Maheswari(Team leader Coimbatore). Mrs:Maheswari(Team leader Coimbatore) staff changed my justdial account plan to another one without my consent​. To resolve this problem I would like you to ​get back my just dial account unfreezed again​. When I first learned of this problem, I contacted Maheaswari at your company, and was told that nothing could be done about my problem. I believe that this response is unfair​and appropriate​. I would like a ​official email​ explaining your company’s position and what you will do about my complaint. I look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible to resolve this problem.     Very bad experience. Not genuine. Collected cheque payment for yearly plan. Service worked only for 3 months. After that our ad went to free listings. Real scam happens in head office level and they blame the sales people. complained to several people in coimbatore head office. Getting only useless response.
