This is the worst place to set up an IT campus. Coimbatore should not be a location for setting up a campus for an IT company where people from all over India work. There are absolutely no facilities. Food is terrible. People are racist towards North Indians(specially girls). There were some incidents like eve teasing and bad behavior that happened with me (on several occasions, although I was there for only 4 months). It was the worst 4 months of my life.
