The worst customer service by airtel in Hosur. Fit foe nothing guys there. Better to opt Vodafone as their customer service and store is super cool with faster response and good signal in Hosur.

My Mobile no:changed postpaid to prepaid but (05/06/2017to still) still not activated. Service centre officer is told profile and plan updated. But I called 59059 they are telling profile was not updated. Myself fully disturbing about this problem.please rectify. Service center name is SMILE TELECOM SERVICE HOSUR-635109
