Very bad. Despite booking thru make my trip after making payment, the person in reception refused to listen and denied us room. Someone else intervened and sorted out. Poor room service

The hotel is situaten on the very main road. Nearby kumbakonam navagraha temples. Food is really good here. Staff are friendly too. Room are clean and decent. Room service is decent.
