Pradheepan KirubanandanI had always bitter experience when it comes to service with Akshaya ford, Madurai. I had given my car for A/c issue to the dealer on 24/4/2017. They charged 8500rs for fixing the cooling coil. I asked two times whether they verified all connection points(Mr Dinesh was the service Engineer). They said yes. Exactly after three weeks I am back to the service center again and now they are saying I have to replace compressor which will cost me 20,000 rs. If they would have told earlier I would have think twice to spend that money for a 2009 Ford Icon. Because of their mistake I am force to spend money unnecessarily.

Vignesh MoorthyThe only Ford showroom in Madurai. The showroom is maintained well and good. The staff members were polite and courteous and have the mind and patience to explain things, which is very rare to see now a days. They have the service station nearby which is massive ! The Yard for placing the new cars are also well maintained with 24/7 security personnel.. The only difficulty is , Its located very far from City it takes around 30-40mins to travel from City....! Overall you will feel the positive ambience !
