A very big, beautiful temple maintained by the Jeeyars.Oil offered here is famous.Very near to the Four-way to Kanniyakumari from Madurai.Thirukurungudi Divya Desam is within 15 km from here.Small but good hotels available here.Thiruchendur Murugan temple is also within 45 km from here but it is better return to the highway & take SriVaikuntam route to go to Thiruchendur because the rural route is tedius.Via SriVaikuntam enroute there are Nava Thirupathi temples.Sri Vaikuntam itself,a Divya Desam.
