Packiyaraj GanesanThe worst service center which I have ever come across. I have purchased my Skoda Fabia from this showroom a 5 years back and usually I service my car in and around Chennai Skoda service center (because I live here). The last time when I went to my hometown Nagercoil, I had no other option other than giving my car to this so called service center for my regular car check-up and services. I have called 4 days prior to book an appointment for my car and they have asked me to bring my car on Saturday for same day service and delivery. It was a 60 kms drive from my hometown to this place, in between paying a toll gate for Rs.110 (return ticket). Once I reached the service center they have asked me whether I got any SMS confirmation for the appointment and the SMS what they have asked for never reached my mobile and they simply said that they cannot take the car for service (which is ridiculous to the core) and I was simply asked to leave. (Their was no courtesy of saying sorry too) Dear people, from this incident you can understand what kinda service these people are giving to their valuable customers. From this incident I made a clear decision, that no more a SKODA car will be purchased by me, my family and my friends and I am doing my part of telling my worst experience to those people who dare dream about SKODA. Sorry to say this. I seriously love Skoda cars and the service is one which I hate the most about this brand. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE.
