Thanjavur Royal Enfield Service is worst, They will remove New new bike parts and installed scrapped one. I have experience in last month. When I check with service manager, he is not answering properly. my bike was in 2 nd service after that they removed my bike side stand plate and installed old damaged one. This incident really happend for me. And their response also worst. They are damaging Royal Enfield names. Hi Royal Enfield-GM, I kindly request to change the service manager and also keep watch with service officers always. Because we are believed your SHOWROOM. Thanks for understanding customers pains.
