Worst customer service with pathetic assistance and service team and more over an disrespectful senior manager doesnt know how to speak to the customer bein so bossy as if hes the owner of the company .I wish this comment gets notified by samsung team and put a solution for this group . There is no option for zero star so giving a single star !
