Dear all, never do business with Classic Homes. I paid my down payment for a AC and two 4 seat dining table with EMI scheme is from Bajaj Finserv. They didn’t deliver the products even after 1 month. When asked, the sales person named Senthil gave all sort of reasons. The owner is worse than his sales team, he doesn’t even know what’s happening with his customers. Now Bajaj passed a cheque for clearance for the product which I never received. For the past 3 weeks I’m calling them from Oman to follow up but nothing works. Yesterday, I received the AC unit, again I ordered for Hitachi 2 ton but they delivered Voltas. See image for the condition of the delivery. It looks like a second hand product. Out of dissatisfaction, I tried to cancel the loan from Bajaj to avoid bouncing charges and that’s another mess. The person who answered from Bajaj said the loan can’t be cancelled. How can I pay for the products which I didn’t receive? In short, these people are not trust worthy and don’t know to do business. Beware..!!! Drafted in public interest. Best regards, Sujith T Oman.
