I recently got to know about Talwalkers from an Orthopaedic Surgeon (Dr. Joseph Mathuram). This is for my mother aged 67. She has arthritis and her leg is slightly crossed. So the doctor to go for static cycling rather than walking. He recommended to try out Talwalkers. My mom is going for the last couple of weeks and she is not used to a gym at all. The entire staff is extremely courteous and very helpful. For my mom who is totally new to modern fitness found it very comfortable and extremely happy with Talwalkers. She is thinking of taking a 6 month or a year package. Definitely recommend.
