    Its a very best cab service from trichy. Recently i booked a tata manza cab for trichy to chennai. I paid the amount of rs 7100 it is the lower amount for this trip. The Car & driver are very neat & clean that driver name is Mr.Manikandan he is an silent and respective person.. And the management are decent & good communication for the customers. Thank you keep it up best service ☺☺☺

    I was travelled with my family from Trichy to veerapur near Manaparai. I confirmed my booking two weeks back and requested to send a good condition car and experienced driver to reach the temple on time also asked for the approximate rate from up and down temple visit. But everything collapsed. Asked to send cab around 6.30 am from hotel Sarada, driver also called around 6.25 am that he will reach the hotel . But no such cab is there in front of hotel tried to call driver’s number he is did not picking my call for 15 minutes, after he come park the vehicle outside gate of hotel. The driver is a young boy , he is not professional driver. While I told him to switch on a/c. the cab full of gas smell spread. We got scared the cab send by them very bad condition. The driver doesn’t know the route for the temple. I asked him before staring our journey that you know the route for the temple he said he’s father will guide. He’s don’t know the route properly and asked everyone. We start from Trichy around 6.45 am and reached temple around 8.40 am. Normally the total distance takes 50 – 55 km and time should take 1.15 minutes only. He’s father telling him to travel long route, the boy also follow up as per his dad’s instructions. Total time we have taken in temple half an hour and starting temple around 9.30 am to return back to Trichy. We asked some person’s for the short route to return back to Trichy. We have informed the driver to go as per the short route. Finally we reached hotel safely. The driver’s father told the driver boy Rs.1400/- for the up and down journey. While at the time of booking the travel office person informed me that the total journey cover below Rs.1200/- so that I told the driver’s father he’s justifying that the total distance covered this much, that much.,etc. he’s trying to cheat us. We have not telling to take long distance, If we know before route we tell to go short route. How we response to give more money for the long route. Finally we paid Rs.1300/-. Please don’t cheat the public. Try to sincere and profession in your work wherever you work. If you need more money don’t go long route ask the customer directly.
