The premises of Sarah Tucker Girls’ Higher Secondary School, Palayamkottai, wore a festive look recently with colourfully dressed children from more than 60 schools. They had gathered there to exhibit their talent in the Rm.K.V.’s 19th annual inter-school cultural fiesta ‘Kiddival 2008’. Braving overnight rains and an incessant drizzle in the morning, more than 1,200 students from Tirunelveli, Kanyakumari and Tuticorin districts had come to the venue as early as 7 a.m. and displayed their skills in 22 events to win the Rm.K.V. Viswanathan Ever Rolling Trophy.
