Horrible customer service and care. No idea why Volkswagen still keeps ties with Susee Automotive Pvt Ltd. I had a horrible experience when looking to get my car from them. I ended up buying from Volkswagen Madurai which was under Ramani Cars Pvt Ltd instead. So much better by them.

Very bad service ..Dont buy car from here... All people are cheating and money minded. They tell you one thing.. but do something else .. They will take the car for few days.. and after 30 days will tell you that cost of fixing the error is more than 30 thousand. Worst service. Never go buy from them !!
